The NSX 250 rigid structure and cutting platform incorporates three layers of vibration isolation and air spindle technology to ensure chip-free cut edges at unprecedented cutting speeds. The power of a GE Fanuc™ CNC executes state-of-the-art process controlling features including; non-contact blade height sensors to monitor blade OD wear for critical z-height settings, on-line blade truing, and blade breakage detection for single or multiple cutting blades.
Innovation combined with advanced nickel, metal and resin bond diamond blade products provides a complete solution for high throughput in unattended operation, high quality part size and geometry, and low cost of ownership.
